Your membership continues until canceled; by subscribing, you authorize us to charge your default payment method on file at the start of each billing period (usually the day you sign up, or have your first service, then the same date monthly thereafter).  Membership payments are nonrefundable.  A six-month minimum committment is required.  You can manage and cancel your membership by contacting Revival Med Spa at revival@flagstaffmedspa.com

What if I missed a service in the month?  Not to worry!  It's not a "use it or lose it" membership.  We keep a detailed log of payments and services completed.  While there are still no refunds, you will not lose any service vouchers received from your club payments.  

(Sometimes waiting periods, travel, or illness can change treatment dates and push them into the next month).  If missed a service in the month, you will still receive your service after payment terms have ended.
