How many treatments are needed?
Each treatment is going to be beneficial in boosting collagen production and tightening & lifting the skin. The amount of sessions needed will vary, dependent upon the individual's skin, and the desired outcome.
It is typically recommended to perform 4 treatments, spaced WEEKLY for optimal results.
What can I expect during and after the treatment?
While the peel solution is applied in office, there can be a mild "burning" sensation felt, similar to a strong toner. (very tolerable!) The solution is cleansed off the skin, calming the sensation. Finishing products applied and back to your normal skin care routine! Makeup can also be worn immediately and throughout the process.
A slight pink appearance is noted post treatment and usually resolves within an hour. The skin will feel tight and slightly dry for a couple days (only noticeable to you). Some individuals may notice a little flaking, but very minimal.
